My reliability fell under the 50% score and my account was suspended. How do I start getting shifts again?

How does someone get unbanned from shiftsmart. My husband has been banned for no reason. Falls he was doing was trying to update his location.

I haven't been able to login my account for two weeks because I haven't been to receive a verification code to verify my device even though it's been verified once already. In the meantime I've been suspended, then deactivated, and now a banned user.

Why haven't I ever received a notice for any of those three actions taken? Why were any of those actions taken against my account? What does banned user mean and how could it be any worse then being deactivated?

Doesn't someone have to be suspended twice before deactivated occurs? Why has Shiftsmart done everything to unable me and never anything to enable me which is your obligation to me according to our contract?

Who from EG America remove you so you can shift smart. My work was very very good the managers made comments all the time when I left about how nice it was to have everything done right then I go on to my site and I can't even get a shift cuz they removed me EG America you removed me. Is it the district manager that is allowed to remove us from the site or who is it
